MaxTrades - the maximum allowable number of simultaneously open positions.
Risk - risk per trade for calculation of the Autolots size. Recommended values are 1 to 5.
UseEquityStop - Use Equity Stop.
TotalEquityRisk - Total Equity Risk.
UseTrailing Stop - enable trailing stop.
