Indicator Overview

Purpose

• This MT5 indicator analyzes 3-minute Heiken Ashi candles and generates Buy/Sell signals based on the crossing of three Moving Averages (MAs). It is fine-tuned for Pocket Options and offers visual signals and alerts for traders.

Heiken Ashi Candle Integration

• The indicator calculates smoothed Heiken Ashi candles, including:
  • Open
  • High
  • Low
  • Close
• These values eliminate noise and provide a clearer trend depiction.

Moving Average Logic

• Three MAs are calculated based on Heiken Ashi Close values:
  • Fast MA: 3-period EMA (default), color-coded Blue.
  • Medium MA: 8-period EMA (default), color-coded Green.
  • Slow MA: 25-period EMA (default), color-coded Red.

Signal Generation

Standard Signals

1. Buy Signal:
   • Triggered when the Fast MA crosses above the Medium MA.
   • Green arrow icon displayed below the lowest low of the recent bars.
   • Alert notification if enabled.
2. Sell Signal:
   • Triggered when the Fast MA crosses below the Medium MA.
   • Red arrow icon displayed above the highest high of the recent bars.
   • Alert notification if enabled.

Strong Signals

• Strong Buy:
  • Triggered when Fast MA and Medium MA are both above the Slow MA.
  • White arrow icon displayed below the trend.
• Strong Sell:
  • Triggered when Fast MA and Medium MA are both below the Slow MA.
  • Yellow arrow icon displayed above the trend.

Customizations

• Icon colors, shapes, and positioning are fully configurable.
• Alerts can be enabled/disabled based on user preferences.
