Traicho EA – Trend Trading with Triple EMA Logic

Traicho EA is a lightweight and practical Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, built around a clean trend-following strategy using three Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs). It is suitable for users who prefer clear direction-based signals and a simplified approach to position management.

Core Strategy

The EA trades based on the relationship between a fast, medium, and very slow EMA. You can choose between:

Crossover mode: Trade when the EMAs cross in the correct sequence (responsive).

Alignment mode: Trade only when all EMAs are already aligned in the same direction (conservative trend-following).

This logic is controlled by the parameter:
true = Crossover-based entries
false = Only enter when all EMAs are trending in one direction

Input Parameters

Position Management

LongPositions – Enable Buy positions
ShortPositions – Enable Sell positions

Trading Schedule

start_time / end_time – Define allowed trading hours
TradeOnMONDAY to TradeOnSUNDAY – Enable or disable trading on specific days

Lot Settings

Lots – Fixed lot size
LotsByLeverage_defaultIsSetedLots – If true, use dynamic lot size based on leverage
LeverageToUse – Multiplier for calculating lot size when dynamic mode is enabled

EMA Settings

EMA_Fast – Period for the fast EMA
EMA_Medium – Period for the medium EMA
EMA_VerySlow – Period for the slow EMA

Risk Management

TakeProfit_in_Pips – Take Profit value in pips
StoppLoss_in_Pips – Stop Loss value in pips

Trend Mode Selection

Determines whether trades are based on crossover events or full trend alignment
