As anticipated in my profile, here is my Expert Advisor Stock v3.
Those who already know me are aware that I don’t share the idea of mixing artificial intelligence with the world of trading, since the human eye is capable of recognizing patterns like no other—otherwise CAPTCHAs wouldn’t exist!
I’m passionate about programming, and I’ve finally decided to embark on this adventure by coding my first Expert Advisor.
This strategy seeks (of course) to identify any positions opened by market makers and ride their wave.
What lies behind this strategy will not be published, as I cherish it above all else (it’s the one I use personally), and I’m afraid of excessive saturation of this method in the world of automated trading.
This strategy does NOT use Martingale. Everyone who knows me knows that I despise Martingale and, more generally, treating trading like gambling.
Important details:
This strategy needs to run on the D1 timeframe, i.e. daily. Expect fewer openings, and positions may remain open for months.
Trades will only be opened sometime before the close of the trading session of the symbol on which it’s running.
Before launching this EA, set the “Open instances of this EA” parameter according to how many symbols you plan to trade with this EA. This divides your balance correctly so you only risk the necessary amount on each trade.
Once started, you’ll see some details on the left: ignore them—they’re only for debugging.
Before publishing the strategy, I removed all logs and error/info messages to prevent it from being duplicated by malicious users. It’s a “plug and play” strategy: you load it on a symbol, and it does everything by itself.
There are no recommended or minimum leverage levels. I personally start with €1,000 per symbol at 1:30 leverage.
Use this strategy on highly liquidity stocks, like big tech (Amazon, Apple, Meta, etc.) or anything you deem sufficiently liquid.
The “v3” in the EA’s name stands for the latest version, but don’t waste time looking for the others—they’re only on my PC.
The reason I’m selling this strategy despite its excellent performance is that I need capital to get started. I’m young (you can check my profile for details) and I need initial funds, so I’ve put my strategy up for sale.
