To start trading with RangeBand, you can either use the Setfile found under the Commensts section or you can also scroll down to the "Strategy" part under the EA's Settings page, and you can change and/or tweak the settings to your liking. In order to do that, the Settings have been designed with minimum learning curve in mind:
1. First, define your Entry Settings. You can choose whether RangeBand opens the position at Market Price, or as a Pending Order. After which, decide if you wish to use FixedLots for your positions or if you would like RangeBand to manage the LotSizes for you with "Use_BalancePercent".
2. You should also know if you choose not to have "Use_Recovery" set True, RangeBand will only open one position at any time, and you can define your SL and TP for those positions under "SP_SL_Pips" and "SP_TP_Pips" accordingly.
3. Finally, decide on "Risk Management" by setting "Use_Recovery" to True, then RangeBand will attempt to balance losing positions using an Advanced Recovery System, and/or if you would like RangeBand to close positions using "Use_TPTrend", "Use_TPRange" or "Use_TPFibAverage".
It is advisable to trade RangeBand with the following setup and/or parameters:
