Configuration:
There are 3 type of risks:
0 Percent: Set Percent input to the risk you want to take per trade
1 Fixed volume: all trades will be set to X lots in every trade.
2. Lots per 10k Balance: if you set to 1, lots will be increased/decreased based on you account balance to a fix volume. If the balance is 20k, we will set 2 lots per trade. 30k -> 3 lots, etc...
Backtest was performed using the type of risk 2 and 0.5 lots per 10k.
