Based on Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) applied on USA Market with FIFO (First In - First Out)

Feature:

• Range flexible: range fixed, range auto expand
• Volume method: volume fixed, volume multiple, volume as inputs
• Exit position (SL & TP) by FIFO step, entry first -> exit first, entry last - exit last
• Auto TP by hidden price, NOT send TP price as pending price to server
• Auto Trailing Stop, hidden Trailing, NOT send SL price trailing as pending price to server
