Candle Forms Hedge Strategy

The trading robot operates based on candle formations (Price Action) as its core strategy. A total of six different formations are incorporated into the robot, allowing it to analyze market trends and make informed trading decisions. These formations help determine entry points by evaluating candlestick patterns, ensuring that the robot reacts to market conditions effectively.

To manage orders efficiently, the robot utilizes a combination of hedge and grid systems. The hedge system ensures that both buy and sell positions can be opened to balance risk, while the grid system strategically places multiple orders at predefined intervals. This dual approach enhances trading flexibility and helps adapt to changing market conditions, optimizing potential profits.

The robot integrates the Average True Range (ATR) indicator to assess market volatility. By taking the average of ATR values, it determines whether market conditions are suitable for trading. Additionally, a dynamic trailing stop is employed to maximize gains by adjusting stop-loss levels in real-time based on price movements, ensuring better risk management.

When positions are closed, any pending orders are automatically canceled to maintain a clean trading environment. Moreover, when new positions are opened, the corresponding graphical elements are brought to the forefront on the trading platform, providing clear visual feedback to the user. This feature ensures that traders can quickly assess active trades and market conditions in real-time.
