RSI Trend Pro EA

Overview

The RSI TrendMaster EA is a fully automated Expert Advisor designed for trading XAUUSD (Gold) on the M5 timeframe. It combines RSI oversold and overbought signals with a trend confirmation filter using the Exponential Moving Average (EMA) to accurately identify short-term retracements and trend continuations.

The EA automatically adjusts position size based on the selected risk percentage and dynamically calculates Stop Loss and Take Profit levels using the Average True Range (ATR). This ensures that the system adapts to changing market conditions, including periods of high volatility and low liquidity.

Strategy Logic

The strategy behind RSI TrendMaster is based on two core technical concepts: momentum and trend alignment.

Buy Condition

• A Buy trade is opened when the RSI falls below the configured Buy Level and the price is above the EMA.
• This ensures that the EA only buys during bullish retracements, allowing entries at favorable prices within an uptrend.

Sell Condition

• A Sell trade is opened when the RSI rises above the configured Sell Level while the price remains below the EMA.
• This targets downtrend retracements, capturing the continuation of bearish trends while avoiding counter-trend signals.

Volatility Management

The EA uses the ATR indicator to measure market volatility. Stop Loss and Take Profit levels automatically expand in volatile markets and contract during calmer periods. This helps prevent premature exits and overly tight stops.

Risk Management

• Lot size is calculated automatically based on the selected Risk_Percent, ensuring a consistent risk per trade.
• This method helps maintain balanced account growth and protects against overexposure during unpredictable price swings.

• SL_ATR_Mult — Stop Loss multiplier based on ATR (default: 17.1)
• TP_ATR_Mult — Take Profit multiplier based on ATR (default: 21.0)
• Risk_Percent — Risk per trade in percentage (default: 1.0)
