2.1.Purchase: The REX MT5 EA remains the sole property of the programmer: Abdelrhman Abdelmoneim Abdelrhman Eissa in all cases until the purchase is completed.

2.2.VPS Requirement: To ensure continuous automated trading, the client is responsible for renting a Virtual Private Server (VPS).

3. Licensing and Delivery Options:

3.1.The programmer retains full ownership of the REX MT5 EA including all intellectual property rights.

3.2.Purchase Option: The client is granted a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the REX MT5 EA.

3.3.The Source Code Purchase Option is the ONLY available license. It grants the client full access to the REX MT5 EA's unencrypted MQ5 files.  

3.4.Source Code Delivery Terms: The source code will be delivered to the client after the purchase is fully completed and payment is verified. The client assumes full responsibility for any modifications or changes made to the source code after delivery.

3.5.The programmer remains the original author and copyright holder of the source code. The sale of the source code does not grant the client the right to resell, redistribute, modify for commercial purposes, or transfer it to third parties without the programmer's explicit written consent.
