Black Swan Breakout EA is a trading system for MetaTrader 4/5 that looks for breakout opportunities after the market has been quiet. It uses Bollinger Bands to detect price expansion and includes optional filters to confirm the strength and quality of the breakout.

How the strategy works:

The EA monitors price action in relation to Bollinger Bands and opens trades when the price breaks above the upper band (a buy signal), or when the price breaks below the lower band (a sell signal).

Each signal can be confirmed using optional filters. These include a volume filter that compares current volume to the average of the last 20 candles, an ADX filter that avoids trades during weak trends, and an RSI filter that checks for overbought or oversold conditions. You can enable or disable all of these filters in the settings.

Input options:

You can customize the Bollinger Bands period and timeframe, RSI period and threshold levels, ADX period and threshold, and the volume filter percentage. There are also separate settings for buy and sell setups. You can set Stop Loss and Take Profit in pips, enable a trailing stop, choose specific times and weekdays for trading, and assign a magic number for tracking trades.

Usage notes:

This EA can be used on any instrument, including forex, metals, indices, and crypto. The breakout logic is based on common price behavior. Results will depend on current market conditions and how well the parameters are tuned. Backtesting and optimization are strongly recommended before using it live.
