Cappadocian Fairy

Cappadocian Fairy is a fully automated mean reversion trading system, which is exclusively designed for the leading FX pair EURUSD. The idea is to catch the imbalances at the world's leading currencies EUR and USD.

EURUSD should be relatively stable for a stable world economy. Many large trading actors, including the world's leading central banks work for this stabilization.

This is the EA used for the Cappadocian Fairy Signals. You can review the consistency of the returns. The EA is profitable almost everyday.

Settings in a nutshell:

Recommended minimum balance: USD 2000 (EA keeps trading with lower amounts but the risk becomes higher as the lot size cannot be less than 0.01)

Recommended leverage: 1:500

Timeframe: M5

Recommended pair: EURUSD

Recommended spread: 1-2

Input Parameters

BaseEquity: Recommended minimum equity is 2000 USD.  BaseEquity here is used to calculate the entry volume. If set 2000 for example, 1 micro lot strarting volume per 2000 USD. If your equity is 4000 USD, starting lot will be 0.02. 

AllowedMaxDrawdown: At this percent drawdown level, the EA closes all positions and stops operating.

MagicNumber: Desired magic number between 0-99.

MaxNumberOfPositions: Allowed maximum number of positions.

ReEntry_Threshold: Price distance to open the next position after the last position.  Higher values reduce the number of trades.

Profit_Threshold:  Price distance to close the positions.  Higher values search for higher profits and increase risk.

Trend_Threshold: Required sharpness of a trend to open the first position. Higher values increase selectiveness and reduce the number of trades.

DFA_Threshold:  Required distance from average to open the first position.  Higher values increase selectiveness and reduce the number of trades.

Volume_Multiplier: Volume multiplier for each new entry after the first one. Setting 1 will make a grid system with constant volume entries.

Important Note:

This EA can be very aggressive or very conservative depending on the input parameter sets. 

Besides, some settings like the one on the signal account, require tight spreads and low commissions.
